If we want to protect our children and generations to come from the costs of climate change, we have to act now.

 

Last summer, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced plans to set the first-ever limits on carbon pollution from existing power plants. When finalized, this will be the single largest step we've taken as a nation to tackle climate change - with safeguards that would save up to 6,600 lives and prevent around 240,000 asthma attacks in the next 15 years. But each state has great flexibility to come up with its own reduction strategy - and Pennsylvania has bountiful energy efficiency and renewable energy resources to help it meet its goal.

 

Tell Governor Wolf that you support a Pennsylvania clean power plan that creates jobs, protects our health, promotes energy efficiency, and forces dirty power plants to clean up their act.
